  • Providing coaching is followed, I recommend a minimum of eight weeks for a result.

    There’s no lock-in contract. Your commitment is your contract.

  • Yes, results or refund promised. If you follow the process exactly as outlined and don’t progress during our time together, you’re entitled to a full refund.

  • Any result worth achieving demands effort and patience. I typically see quality outcomes in clients from the three-month mark onward, depending on your consistency and goals.
