Do I need a gym membership?
It depends on your goals and current equipment access. Building muscle can benefit from a gym’s variety of tools, but we can adapt your training to what’s available no membership required.
Can I get results if I have existing health problems?
Health challenges may complicate the journey, but your consistency (not your diagnosis) determines success. Yes, you can absolutely achieve results with the right commitment.
Can you coach me if I'm not based in Australia?
Yes, I offer 100% online coaching to clients abroad. As long as you’ve got internet, training means, and a willingness to learn, you’ll get results no matter where you are.
What is your onboarding process?
It starts with finding out if I’m the right coach for you. Apply for coaching (click here), then we’ll book a call to connect and gather key details. After that, a detailed onboarding questionnaire fine-tunes your plan, and coaching begins.
Do you lock people in with a contract?
I recommend a minimum eight-week for decent results, but there’s no lock-in contract. You purchase training packages upfront your commitment is your contract.
