I always struggled organising my diet and shaving off the weight that I put on through my university degree. Luke Deutsch not only helped me true my path and made it possible to see myself in a new light, but he has also been instilling good values in my health that will last a lifetime.
He is tough on me when my willpower begins to falter and also realises that life is life and helps you through injury or circumstances where adhering to a diet isn’t as possible (like when you have a trip overseas planned). I have thoroughly enjoyed his coaching, and using his open-ears approach, it allows me to tell him about niggles in injured areas.
My dislocated shoulder and my torn ACL have recovered that much faster using his methods, and he creates gym programs focusing on stability and strength in the vulnerable areas. I cannot recommend Luke Deutsch’s coaching highly enough.

I first approached Luke needing help with my acceleration for soccer, I didn't realise how I could achieve that until he showed me through weight lifting programs that have increased my strength and explosion! Another side to this is the field sessions where he has improved my running technique and pushed me past my limits. Through Luke's coaching I have improved not just my speed but also my endurance to perform at a high level for 90 minutes.

Luke helped to create a plan for me to achieve my goals, not only improving in the gym for strength, flexibility, cardio, stability and form, but also with my nutrition. My experience with Luke as my personal trainer was very positive.
I have lost at least ten kilograms (22 pounds) since the beginning with Luke and have gained a decent amount of muscle mass compared to when I started, largely thanks to Luke’s knowledge and teachings of healthy eating habits and the ways different muscles operate.
